Nor Cal Lofts guarantee's your complete satisfaction with any purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your acquisition, just let us know and send the bird(s) back within 7 days of receipt. No questions asked. We will refund the origninal full purchase price and shipping cost. You will only be responsible for the shipping of the bird(s) back to us. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
All birds are shipped via the United States Post Office Express Mail Service.
Shipping includes USPS approved shipping box.
